The original painting is at the @museoprado and I was able to admire it in 2017.

 

Its history, made up of a mixture of minute details and human monsters, is fascinating.

After Arearea, which I thought was difficult to achieve,

this mammoth #masterpiece stimulated me to try new levels of density.
